The assessment can collect contact details, organisation context, workflow descriptions, current systems, AI usage, implementation readiness, indicative budget and consent. The server also processes the requesting IP address temporarily to apply submission rate limits.
Submitted information is used to review the enquiry, understand the requested support, respond to the sender and decide whether a discovery conversation or scoped engagement is appropriate. It is not used by the website to make a fully automated decision about the person.
The website can be configured to send validated enquiries to the FDS notification email, HubSpot, Zoho CRM and named automation webhooks. Only services actually configured in the deployment receive a submission. Each configured provider handles data under its own terms and security arrangements.
Retention depends on the email, CRM or automation system configured to receive the enquiry. To ask what information is held, request correction or request deletion, email jmfresh9@googlemail.com. A request may be subject to applicable legal obligations.
The submission endpoint validates fields, uses a honeypot, applies a per-IP rate limit and keeps secrets server-side. No website can guarantee absolute security. Avoid submitting confidential client records, health information, financial account data or other sensitive material through the general assessment.
